Nancy S. Footer has been Vice Chancellor and General Counsel since March 2004. Previously, Ms. Footer was General Counsel for Bowling Green State University, where she also served as an adjunct faculty member in the College of Education and Human Development teaching higher education law. As Vice Chancellor for Finance, Harris reports to the Chancellor and has overall responsibility for System budgeting, financial accounting, treasury services, financial reporting, and managing the System’s bonded debt program. He came to the UNTS in November 2007 from the University of Chicago where he served as Associate Vice President and University Budget Director. Prior to his tenure there he served for 14 years in various administrative capacities at Boston University.

Since 2002 Mr. Morton has served as Vice Chancellor for Government Relations managing all governmental affairs for the UNTS and its institutions. From 1994 to 2002, Mr. Morton served as Associate Vice Chancellor for Legal and Public Affairs for the Texas State University System with emphasis on legislative affairs in addition to handling specific legal duties on behalf of the system’s institutions. John Ellis Price is a Vice Chancellor of the UNTS and CEO of UNT at Dallas. As Vice Chancellor, he serves as the UNT System's chief spokesman in Dallas for the creation of the UNT at Dallas. On Feb. 13, 2009, Price was named “President Designate” of the future UNT at Dallas by the UNT System Board of Regents. Administrative Assistant III
Responsibilities include: Assistant to Director of System and External Relations,
support Chancellor's and Director of System and External Relations' project-related meetings and presentations.

Web Communications Specialist
Responsibilities include: Writing, graphic design, and maintenance of the UNT
System main web site and System division sites; photography;
voice-overs; and other special projects.

Director of System and External Relations
Responsibilities include: Chief of Staff and Budget Officer, acts as liaison between UNT System and various national, state, and regional organizations and individual supporters; coordinates the Chancellor’s schedule of external and project-related meetings and presentations; provides System contact with downtown Dallas System properties and proposed academic programs at the UCD; serves as planning coordinator for the proposed UNT College of Law; supervises maintenance of the UNT System website; oversees events and preparation for System fundraising and advancement projects.

Assistant to the Chancellor
Handles information requests from the public and UNT
System component institutions and is responsible for records management and coordinates
all aspects of the Board of Regents meetings.

Administrative Coordinator II
Manages the Chancellor's calendar and is the contact person for all meeting requests. In addition, she provides administrative support to the Office of the Chancellor.
